Child Abuse Occurs In Many Settings Including Foster Care Group Facilities

Dear Judge Guy or Girl,

Please let me go home because if you do I will be very, very, good and I will NOT get in ANY trouble at all guaranteed. You will definitely not regret it and no one can be a better parent and guardian than my mom and dad, and CPS keeps putting us places they know nothing about and it is totally ridiculous and stupid. So, that is the first reason we should go home.

Here is a list of reasons for letting us go home.

List of Reasons we should be let go home:

  1. CPS keeps putting us places they know nothing about
  2. No one knows us better than my mom
  3. No one does a better job of parenting than my mom and dad
  4. My mom is always there for me
  5. My mom and dad are very responsible
  6. Jesus made my family just for me
  7. Families are supposed to stay together until death do they part
  8. CPS is irresponsible
  9. CPS is cruel
  10. CPS does not care about us
  11. CPS acts worried but really isn’t
  12. CPS isn’t smart

Child in residential state foster care

This child was restrained, face down, in a bed of Texas Fire Ants. Although his face and neck are covered with more bites than can be counted, he was not taken to a doctor.
When this occurred, he tried to call his caseworker and his attorney, and was denied the right to call anyone to help him.

The child does not know that Judge Montemayor is the judge because although he is of age, he has never been allowed to attend a court hearing wherein decisions about his future are decided. .

This child obviously feels that he has done something wrong, causing him to be in foster care. .

One reason children leave foster care not knowing the truth of why they were in foster care, is because they are repeatedly told they are BAD Kids, their Parents are BAD parents, many have said they are told that their parents do not love them, and do not want the child to return home.
